A
little information about the creator of
the health and nutrition
website
Hi! Allow me to introduce myself. I’m Sid, the fellow whose picture is at
the left top corner of this page.
I was born in 1944, the day after “D Day”. My father worked for the Pennsylvania
Rail Road and my mother was a homemaker and mother to my three year old sister. Had a great childhood. Fast forward
ten years!
April 1954 was the month that my first lifestyle change. I was diagnosed with
Rheumatic Fever and was hospitalized for one month, where I lived in a oxygen tent. The next five months was spent
immobile at home in bed, and the following six months I was not allowed to go outside to play. Believe you me, that
was a shocker of a year for the whole family. That was the reason though, that I became interested in health
matters.
In February 1964 I joined the United States Air Force. That was to become my
career for the next twenty years. In June of 1965 I married my wonderful wife Wanda. We have three
children, two boys and one daughter. All three are married and we now have five grandchildren.
In February 1991 I had a Heart Attack. Put me down like I had been run over
by a truck. Then I knew it was time for the BIG change in lifestyle.
So change is what I did. Complete change of diet, stopped smoking, started a
walking program. The biggest change was, I learned about health and nutrition and how to take care of and improve
my own body. I am in better shape now, at age sixty-five than I was at age forty.
At the present time, I am actively working with an exercise program called
PACE. This is a great program for improving the whole body. I will be posting more information about
this program as an addendum to the Special Report offered here.
As the subject of health is near and dear to me, it will be an ongoing learning
process. I want to be able to share what I have learned with you. Also what comes my way in the future.
Please be aware of the pitfalls of not taking proper care of your health and body.
Do not wait, like I did, for downfall before you learn the “how to” of taking care of yourself.
